Submissions

We’d be happy to consider your project, provided it meets our basic criteria:

• Narrative features (we do not currently consider documentaries)

• Completed screenplays (we do not engage in developing material)

• Projects that can/would shoot in the continental United States (possible flexibility here, but this is the preference)

• Total budget $1 million – $5 million (amount represents budget before applying tax incentives, pre-sales, other equity, etc.)

• While open to all scenarios, Werc Werk Works prefers to provide a minimum of 50% of the total budget

• Few/no encumbrances. If there are any financial commitments/obligations turnaround costs, please provide as much information as possible.

If your project meets these criteria please send the following in one email to submissions@werkmail.com:

• PDF of the script (including cover page)

• Short synopsis

• Attachments (director, producer, actor, etc.)

• Any available supporting material (information and/or marketing packets, bios, budget top sheet, preliminary schedule, etc.)

• For non-agency submissions, a signed Release Document. This can be emailed as a PDF or faxed to Submissionʼs attention at (612) 238-0320

• Time constraints (actor availability, seasonal issues, etc.)
