THE TURIN HORSE (A torinói ló) has been selected for the 36th Toronto International Film Festival as well as the 49th New York Film Festival this fall. Directed by Béla Tarr and written by Tarr and László Krasznahorkai, the film stars János Derzsi, Erika Bók and Mihály Kormos. 

Sony Pictures Classics has preemptively acquired all domestic rights to Lawrence Kasdan's DARLING COMPANION from production company Werc Werk Works, it was announced today by Sony Pictures Classics and Werc Werk Works CEO Elizabeth Redleaf.

ATO (Art Takes Over) Pictures announced today that it has acquired U.S. theatrical rights to THIN ICE (formerly titles THE CONVINCER) starring Greg Kinnear, Alan Arkin, Billy Crudup, Lea Thompson, David Harbour and Bob Balaban.
